Stress is every kids enemy. Yet, no matter how stressed out we are for something, everything ends up turning out okay. In life I stress out over pretty much everything, but over the years I have come up with ways for me to get through the stressful times life has to offer.
1. Running- Whenever I run I don't have to thing about the things that stress me out. Even just 30 minutes outside not thinking about responsibilities helps calm me down.
2. Netflix- This is quite funny because me watching Netflix only adds to my procrastination of things which will eventually lead to more stress, but in the moment it relieves stress.
3. Hanging out with friends- usually my friends can help talk me through little things that I overthink that are causing me to stress. Thanks friends.
Hopefully one day I will be a stress free gal who realizes that some things just aren't worth worrying over.
