Andrew Thompson

     My name is Andrew Thompson but people call me Andy or Andy T even though I don't want them to. This year I am striving to pass my AP tests as well as survive this year with all A's. The whole all A's thing has eluded me thus far thoughout high school, and with an even more difficult schedule this year it seems I may have to try again next year. But there is nothing wrong with giving it a decent try.

     I am really geeked out by games, keyboards, and really good film. I probably play video games more than what us considered "healthy," but I don't see anything truly wrong with that, as long as it is something I am passionate about. Video games have an uncanny ability to unite people, no matter their race or beliefs or hardships, and they allow people to escape from the everyday and just have fun for a bit, which I think is cool. In fact, I met my two best friends from playing games. They are a combination of every artform, then made interactive, I mean, what is not to love? Keyboards are also really fun for me. If I were to have a massive collection of anything it would definately be keyboards. I don't quite know why I like them, but I can waste hours just looking at people's custom keyboards. And of course, there isn't much better than sitting down and watching a great movie. Really good cinematography gets me just about as excited as anything. Every night I have made it my goal to sit down and watch a movie. It doesn't matter what the genre is, I just like exposing myself to something new.
