#25 STRESS!!!- Jessica Sunnenberg

Another year has passed and my chronic procrastination has yet to cease. As I'm sure you can imagine, procrastination and AP tests/finals don't really go well together. So I present to you...Jessica's Declassified Stress Survival Guide:

Food: When I am stressed I eat a lot. Yes it is a problem. I eat a lot of ice cream because it seems to take all my worries away. I tend to also eat things with gluten in them which in turn give me a screaming headache, causing me to lay in bed all day rather than doing all the work I have put off until the last minute.

Music: I recently discovered several calming playlists on spotify whilst nearly hyperventilating because of everything I have to do and they made me feel so much better, so I listen to them almost everyday.

Hella coffee: Starbucks doubleshots have been my best friend lately due to the minuscule amount of sleep I have been getting.

And last but not least, Friends: hanging out with my friends helps me forget the millions of things I need to do for a couple hours. The worst part about this is that once you remember said things, it causes serious anxiety.
