A Critic Critically Critiques Core Class- Henry Walther

So I feel like English was a successful class this year. The summer work was reasonable, I enjoyed the Gladwell book. Writing with Style was surprisingly helpful and gave me reason to break down the essay writing norms that I haven't questioned for my whole life. Initially, it was a tad bit scary having our essays read and graded by the whole class but it became helpful and sometimes fun. I feel like the class was laid back to a good degree, the occasional likecool video helped break the monotony of every day school.
I do wish we dove more deeply into the practice multiple choice for the AP exam though, even though I'm sure we did fine regardless. I think doing more ACT English practice would be helpful because there are a ton of easy tips and tricks that I learned outside of class and utilized on the ACT.    Wow I'm done with blogs, kewl.
