Assignment #26- Jessica Sunnenberg

Ya done good Mr. Logsdon.
In previous years I have considered English to be one of my least favorite subject, but I found myself enjoying it this year. You're laid back (but not overly laid back) teaching style was just what I needed after coming from Physics and Calc 1st and 2nd hour. The summer work was not overbearing. I actually really enjoyed doing in depth research on a specific topic and found the annotated bibliography useful when writing my speech for the winter final. Reading Writing With Style at the beginning of the year was helpful. I enjoyed reading it and I found myself using the tips/strategies in it when writing throughout the year. Grading essays was probably what benefited me the most. Being able to read what other people were writing and what techniques they were using helped me to develop my own writing. I think we could have benefited from going even more in depth with AP style multiple choice questions.
And with that, I say goodbye for the final time.
