Trucktopia Mason Saunders

Junior year has been quite a trek scampering. I've both learned and accomplished so much this year and I could write a book on everything that has happened. It can be summed up that this year started as a failure and turned into a success, and a huge one at that. I began this year, just a simple boy dressed in yoga pants and a pair of small women's athletic shorts. I was without experience and lacked many more decision making qualities than I do now. I learned this the hard way in places such a shower that is labelled backwards, veterans park elementary school, and even within my very own car. I paid dearly for these mistakes. However, as the year progressed, so did I. I learned that pissing your waiter off at Waffle House will make them charge you two bucks for a drink, that using a car without locks isn't the brightest idea, that ravioli's are something that I want none of, that blueberries are allowed to attend normal public school, that listening to hours of didgeridoos can open ones mind, that one can be amused for hours purely by the sound of Shapiro's demonic laugh, and most importantly that when in doubt or under heavy stress, just play 30 hours straight of MW3 and all will be well. Knowing all of this, I could not be happier with the ending to this year. Everything went right, from hugging schaeff daddy 8 times in one night to getting to see wild turkeys which I had never done before. Moving on to the next year, I hope to make more memories with all of my friends and enjoy the remaining days I have left before the stress of college hits and I have to enlist in the military as Colonel Saunders. RIP junior year and thanks for the memories.
