Assignment 26 Tommy Gardner

The timed writings were more effective than I originally thought that they were going to be. At first I thought that they were going to be pointless and excuses to shame other peoples' writing, but they turned out to be useful and helped to improve my writing skills. The practice AP tests were also very effective and useful. They allowed me to see what I needed to work on, as well as areas in which I needed to not spend as much time.

The socratic seminars did not really help much. They were an unpleasant jolt to those of us accustomed to budgeting more time for classes other than English. Also they did not really serve any purpose, as they did not apply to the AP test much.
