RN 21 Hannah Freibert
At this very moment… somewhere in the universe… there sits a girl in front of a macbook. She types with unprecedented speed, her eyes darting from the keyboard to the clock in the upper right corner. Her eyes droop from her tiresome travels as she kicks herself for procrastinating yet another set of blogposts. While her trip to great bodies of water and warm weather has ended, a new journey is unfolding. A race. A race against time. A race to finish her blog posts by 12 AM. A race to do the rake home calculus test that Linda didn't tell her about. A race to finish the anatomy worksheet due weeks ago. A race to water her plants before they shrivel into a fine crisp. A race to clean the mayhem that is her room so her parents won't evict her from their home. A race to eat the fried rice settling to a Luke warm in her kitchen before her brother consumes it mercilessly. A race to begin the week with more than three hours of sleep. At this very moment… somewhere in the universe… her race begins.
