Neighbors!- Rachel Roberts

I sit with the lovely Emily Sandford to the left and the wonderful Gloria Pulley to the right. Since I live them equally, I guess I should tell you a little about both of them.

Ok I will start with Gloria. Our friendship began in 7th grade when we sat next to each other in E. J. Hayes's chorus (this is also where her obsession with my hair began) and were on the cross country team together. So over the years we've had some interesting times, like that one time I ate Nutella at her house even though I was allergic to it (things went a bit down hill from there), or those two and a half glorious weeks of summer gym we shared (sarcasm), or the cross country meets when we scream at each other. Well you get the point.
She is an amazing artist and super smart and an great runner. She also enjoys volunteering at God's Pantry.
If she was a color she would be bright blue-purple because it can be both fun and playful, but also serious and deep (it has many layers like onions and ogres).
In five years I see her in some small liberal arts college at the top of her class, double majoring in things you have to be incredibly smart to even begin to think about. (Or maybe living in a van full of cats, who knows.)
She's pretty awesome and great to be around, so if you have the chance, make the effort to get to know her.

Ok so now to Emily. We both share an addiction to pinterest and Disney. She has always been apart of our little friend group once I got to high school, but this year I've really gotten to know her since we have half our classes together and teachers love alphabetizing people, so we sit next to each other a lot. To most people she seems very shy, but don't let it fool you, once you know her she talks a lot (and a good lot of it is sass incase you were wondering).
She's in orchestra, on the archery team, and does ALL the 4-H things (she is currently at a 4-H function now). All of which she's pretty great at (especially  all the tricks she has taught her dogs to do).
If she was a color, she would be bright minty blue because it's fun, happy, and it's very inviting, just like her.
In five years I see her working on her engineering degree, on her way to becoming an Imagineer for Disney. She will also will have finish one or two round of the Disney College Program in attractions operating a boat on The Jungle Cruise.
She is one of the nicest people I know, and you should get to know her too.

I would not change my seat for anything.
