Assignment #10 - Daniel Kolpek

From all of the movies and TV shows based off of the idea of a zombie apocalypse, lots of people ponder what they would do if put in the same situation. As for me, the first thing I would do is call my close friends and tell them to grab all the weapons and rations they can carry, then to meet up somewhere. After meeting up, we would take two cars and head to the closest supermarket to stuff our cars with food. After that we would probably head to a more rural area full of farms and less potential zombies. We would set up an outpost there and begin setting up fences. To get the wood for the fences, we would chop down the nearby trees. We would have one person keep watch while the rest of us socialized, slept, or whatever. We would also set up an alarm system that would sound whenever a zombie was spotted. We would continue growing the food from the farm to create a sustainable food source. We would also designate a leader and set up a way to make decisions about the outpost and the groups next moves. Over time, we would continue fortifying the outpost. If we could accomplish this, then we would be able to survive, reproduce, and keep the human race alive.
